REFUND POLICY APPLIES TO THE UNITED KINGDOM
1. Refund requirements:
In the following circumstances, we will issue refunds to customers:

When an order is successful but the goods has not yet been delivered, refund

When we run out of a product that a consumer wants to order but the website hasn’t been updated in time, or when a customer orders by accident, this situation arises.

When the buyer receives the product but it is flawed on our end, we will refund the money.

When a customer’s demands change and they no longer wish to get the product, they should get a refund.
2. Refund procedure:
Through the Paypal payment mechanism, we will refund.
3. When to provide a refund
After we verify that the goods have been returned and meet the aforementioned requirements, we will start processing refunds within 3-5 business days. Customers will receive email notifications from us.
4. When will the customer be refunded?
When your return processing is complete we will issue your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds generally process within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or financial institution.
5. Full Refund:
We will give you a full refund.

1. Returns and refunds are accepted in the cases below.
If an item arrives in any of the following conditions, we will make every effort to refund the full amount of your initial order.

The product arrives damaged.

The product arrives shattered.

The product design is not the same as the one you ordered.

The product size differs from what you ordered.

The product material differs from what you ordered.

The product you ordered is not the one you received.

The product differs from how it was described in the original.
Condition of the product when returned.
The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Noticeably, returned item(s) must NOT meet the following conditions:

The item(s) have been worn or washed

The item(s) have been modified in any way,

The item(s) are in any way defective from the original, unless the condition is our fault

The item(s) do not have their original tags.

The item(s) have some redundant thread that can be easily cut/repaired.
2. Time frame can be returned after the order has been delivered.

Our policy was in effect for 30 days after the delivery process was completed.

After this time the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement will be made.

For defective products (This happens when the product is wrong, damaged by the carrier or otherwise), there will be no charge for the customer to return the item.

In case the customer is not satisfied (this happens when the customer buys the wrong product, the product is not suitable or the customer does not like the item anymore), the customer will bear the actual cost of shipping the goods returned.

In case the product has stains, shrinkage, wrinkles or discoloration after washing, customers are allowed to return it without any fee.
4. Return method
By mail
All order issues must be reported to us within 90 days of delivery. Unless the product description states otherwise, you can return any item purchased through Lacedshopuk after 90 days of delivery. After your return request is approved, you retrieve the email from the customer service representative, which will tell you a return label.
1.When you remove the item from the package, leave everything else in the box and store it somewhere out of the way until you’re sure you’re keeping it. You may need to return the item in its original packaging, so all the materials and packaging will be there waiting for you if you decide to send it back.
2.Please provide a clear photo of the returned product when contacting us by email, clearly showing the front, side and bottom of the whole product. The information you provide can solve the problem faster.
3.Wait for a return label from customer service
Attention please: For all returns, please contact us by email first. Returns that do not contact us in advance will not be processed.
Special Offer products do not enjoy free return and exchange service (Products with the word “sale” before the title are all special offers)
Exchanges
Defective items or items shipped in error are returnable with shipping on us! We will always do our best to provide exchanges or replacements when requested, but due to the deep discounts we offer, we cannot guarantee that inventory will be available. You can email us at support@Lacedshopuk.com to submit your request!
Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation via email, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
There will be no refund issued to you if we don’t receive the return package. As a result, please send the tracking number from the carrier you used to return the item(s) to support@Lacedshopuk.com in a separate email.
