Shipping Time
We try to ship all orders within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) after placing the order, except on weekends.
The ship time of products with special processes will be extended to 5-10 business days (it will be marked on the product details page).
Once the package has been shipped out, we will notify you with a tracking number. Please access your tracking number by clicking the “View My Order” button within your confirmation email.
Shipping Fees:
We are excited to offer free shipping on all orders to mainland UK addresses.
Shipping Area
Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental UK. Where mailing is not supported, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
Tracking Number
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes due to weekends or holidays time that shipping tracking is not available after 1-2 business days.

Cancel / Change Order
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with your order number or user name. Then we can find your order quickly.Order cancellations/changes must be made within 12 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Freight & Customs Fee
We usually send it with FEDEX.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that we may ship orders to you in one or more packages, and customs fees may be charged when they arrive in your country/region.

Wrong Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. So when the item is lost or returned back due to an incorrect shipping address. We are not responsible for it.
Shipping Delays
If your package takes more than 20 business days to arrive, please submit an inquiry and we will respond within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience and support.
If the shipping tracking code status is complete but you have not received your order, first please check around your house as it may be hidden somewhere. If it is still not helping you, please contact the shipping company we included in the status shipping email notification.
